Our DBT Skills Group is a structured, supportive group that teaches practical tools to manage emotions, cope with stress, and improve relationships. Based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), participants will learn and practice skills from four key modules: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. This group is ideal for individuals who want to build greater emotional balance, reduce reactivity, and navigate everyday challenges with more confidence and clarity.

This supportive and practical 8-week group is designed for adults living with ADHD who want to better understand their brains and build effective strategies for everyday life. Through guided discussions and evidence-based tools, participants will explore topics like time management, organization, emotional regulation, and motivation. Whether newly diagnosed or seeking new skills, members will benefit from shared experiences, structure, and encouragement in a non-judgmental setting.

Led by a therapist, this session explores how ADHD affects executive functioning skills like attention, organization, and emotional regulation—challenges that often show up as incomplete work, impulsivity, or difficulty following instructions.
